1. Task Status
We gathered our team members together on Thursday and decided on who is going to be the team leader and vice leader. We also got started on HW2. Since the monet server was not working when we met, we could not set up the team http server. However, we will meet this Satuday to do that.

2. Personnel Status
All of the team members have been contacted and have responded. Below are the current information about Team #3:

Members: Shadi Eskamaei, Karcsi Fritz Lehr, and Tyler J. Humphrey

3. Risk Status
So far, there is no risk identified yet.

4. Problem List
The only little problem we had on Thursday when we met was that the monet server was offline. That is why we were not able to install and set up Apache http server.
